Questions

What renters ask me first.

Do I really pay nothing?

Yes. The building pays my fee when you sign your lease. You still pay the building's normal costs, like the application fee and deposit, the same as if you walked in on your own.

Will my rent be higher because I used you?

No. Each building sets its own prices and specials. Working with me doesn't add anything to your rent.

Is this legit? Who are you?

I'm Yairo Rincon, a licensed Florida real estate agent with Lifestyle International Realty. My name, brokerage and phone number are on this page, and my building tours are on Instagram and TikTok.

What do I need to apply?

Most communities ask for a photo ID, proof of income (often about 3 times the rent) and a credit and background check. Requirements vary by building, and I'll tell you each one's up front.

I saw a post on Marketplace. Is that unit still available?

Availability changes daily. Fill out the form or message me on WhatsApp with the post you saw, and I'll confirm it and send similar options.

How do I hear back?

I reply personally by text, WhatsApp, call or email, whichever you prefer. For the fastest answer, message me on WhatsApp.
